Anthony E. Valencia – President
Tony founded Touch Sonic Technologies (TST) in 2003, to offer public information and transactional applications to inmates housed in California Detention Centers. Tony has been a longtime evangelist for the use of computer kiosks to deliver legal research materials within correctional facilities. He has been a longtime advocate of state legislation focused on enhancing inmate access to the courts thru provision of electronic law library services. Tony’s vision and proof of concept have driven industry-wide technology innovations related to the delivery of electronic law library services in correctional facilities nationwide.
Mary Justin – Vice President & CFO
Mary co‐founded TST in 2001 with Tony Valencia. Mary is responsible for TST’s corporate accounting & payroll services as well as administration and management of human resource & corporate benefit programs. Mary has been actively involved in the management of a number of Surety Bond companies over the last 24 years.
Rajesh Kumar – IT Manager
Raj joined TST in 2010 and is responsible for technical customer support. Raj has been instrumental in kiosk design as well as improved system reliability and performance. Raj obtained his Masters, Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire in London.
